Bubba was a defensive lineman for the Michigan State Spartans until 1966. He would then play nine seasons in the NFL with three teams, being selecting to the Pro Bowl in 1970 and 1971. Mr. Smith graciously signed my All-American card in seven days; thanks Mr. Smith!
