Since being drafted first overall in 1999 by the Tampa Bay Devil Rays, Josh Hamilton has seemingly had it made. He was named the High School Player of the Year and Low-A Player of the Year by Baseball America in 1999. In 2000, he was named Devil Rays Minor League Player of the Year. But something went wrong off the field for the outfielder sometime near the 2002 season, and he has since been suspended from Minor and Major League play. Hamilton was re-enstated on June 30, 2006, but a knee injury quickly sidelined his season after playing a few games in High-A ball. Here's hoping to see Josh turn it around.
