Rich was drafted in the fourth round of the 2002 draft out of the University of Michigan by the Chicago Cubs. Made his MLB debut at age 25 on June 15, 2005 against the Marlins. Rich has been having a tremendous rookie season with Cubs. Expect good things out of this kid. He kindly signed both of my 2006 Topps cards in 17 via the Cubs.
