Natal was an innagural Florida Marlin, but was drafted in the thirteenth round of the 1987 draft by the Montreal Expos. Played in 120 career games, hitting four career homeruns, with a .197 batting average. Natal is only one of three Major Leaguers to have played his college ball at the University of California, San Diego, joining pitchers Kyle Abbott and Randy Miller.
