Tom Quinlan 1996 Leaf Signature
Obtained: Purchased from eBay; received October 2006.
Quinlan was nearly a cup-of-coffee player in the Majors, playing only one game for the Blue Jays in 1990 and not seeing any action in 1991. However, Tom, brother of Robb, reached the Big Leagues again in 1992, where he played in 13 games, getting 15 at-bats for the eventual World Series winning Jays. Would hit his only career homerun in 1994 for the Phillies and wound up with a career .155 average. Tom, a 27th round pick of the Jays in 1986, would conclude his career after the 1996 season, spending time on the Minnesota Twins roster.
