Jamie made his first and only All-Star team in 2003 as a member of the Seattle Mariners. Originally drafted in the sixth round of the 1984 draft by the Cubs, Moyer is with his seventh team in his twentieth season. Moyer brings an intangible quality to a young Phillies squad as they make a push toward the playoffs. Entered the season with a 205-152 record, good for a .574 career winning percentage with 1884 strikeouts.
